Factory Mockups Copyright / IP Policy

Factory Mockups respects intellectual property rights and expects everyone who uses the Service to do the same. This policy explains our rules for uploads, how rights holders can submit complaints, and how counter-notifications work.

Effective Date: September 10, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 10, 2026

1. You Must Own or Have Permission to Use Uploaded Content

You may only upload designs, images, files, and other content to Factory Mockups that you own or that you have a valid license or permission to use — including for the commercial purposes you plan (mockups, ads, and marketing assets). Uploading content you do not own or are not licensed to use is a violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibition on Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Factory Mockups prohibits the upload, generation, publication, or sale of content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized replicas of branded products, counterfeit goods, and designs copied from other creators, marketplaces, or brands. Publishing infringing content to a connected platform also violates that platform's rules and may expose you to liability there.

3. Submitting an Infringement Complaint

If you are a copyright, trademark, or other rights owner (or authorized to act on one's behalf) and believe content available through the Service infringes your rights, submit a complaint through our Support page (choose the "Copyright / IP" topic) and include:

  • Your full name, contact information, and the rights holder you represent (if applicable)
  • A description and, where possible, a link or copy of the original work that you claim has been infringed
  • The location (URL or detailed description) of the allegedly infringing content on or generated through the Service
  • The specific right claimed (for example, copyright or trademark) and, for copyright claims, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We review valid complaints promptly and may remove or disable access to the reported content, notify the affected user, and, for repeat infringement, terminate their account.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed following a complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through the Support page. Your counter-notification should include: identification of the removed content and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts governing our Terms of Service (as described in the Terms of Service). If the complainant does not file suit within the applicable statutory period, we may restore the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringement

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights — as determined by Factory Mockups in its reasonable discretion — are subject to permanent termination, and we may prevent such users from creating new accounts.

6. Misuse of This Process

Knowingly submitting a false infringement complaint or counter-notification may expose you to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under applicable law (for example, under U.S. copyright law).

7. Effective Date

This policy is effective as of September 10, 2026 (Last Updated: September 10, 2026).
