This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information Factory Mockups collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to FactoryMockups.com and all related applications operated by QOC CUSTOMS LLC.
Account and profile information. When you create an account we collect your email address, name, and account role. This is handled by our hosting platform to authenticate you.
User-uploaded files and designs. The images, design files, and digital assets you upload, together with the details you give them (titles, categories, tags, product type, and apparel placement settings). Uploaded files are stored so the Service can generate mockups and exports for you.
Generated assets. The mockups, ad creatives, videos, captions, and marketing copy the Service generates for you, including the prompts used and per-platform publishing records (post IDs, URLs, captions, and publish timestamps).
Transaction and subscription information. When you purchase a plan or credit pack, the payment is processed by Stripe. We store an order record (your name, email, package, amount, and payment status) for accounting and support purposes. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage and device information. We use the platform's built-in product analytics and internal engagement tracking to understand how the app is used — for example, which pages are visited, which features are used, and how many generations and downloads occur in a session. This information is tied to your account email within the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and make the Service work (session and authentication cookies). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Information from connected platforms. When you or the account operator connect an external platform (Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, Pinterest, or Google Sheets), we receive the minimum information those platforms provide for the integration — such as the connected account's basic identifiers and the ability to publish content you approve. We store the content you publish and its results, but we do not import your followers, messages, or other account data.
To generate mockups and marketing assets, your uploaded designs and the settings you choose are submitted to the AI generation services used by our hosting platform. We and our providers use this content only to generate your requested output. We do not train products on your designs for the benefit of unrelated third parties.
We rely on service providers to operate the Service: our application hosting and database platform (Base44), our payment processor (Stripe), the AI generation and file storage services provided through that platform, and the connected platforms described above. These providers process information on our behalf only to deliver the Service, and each is bound by its own privacy policy and data handling terms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only: (a) with the service providers described above, as needed to operate the Service; (b) with connected platforms when you approve content for publishing; (c) when required by law, court order, or valid legal process; (d) to enforce our Terms, investigate fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others; or (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before any change in control that alters your information's use.
We keep your uploads, generated assets, and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to you. When you delete content or your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data as described on our Delete Account page. We retain certain records after account deletion where we have a legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reason to do so — for example, transaction and billing records required by tax law.
Your data is stored on our hosting platform's managed infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions that limit each user to their own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You can review and correct your profile information from your account settings, delete individual assets and generated content at any time, disconnect connected platforms, and delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page.
Access, correction, and deletion requests. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by deleting your account (which handles it automatically) or by submitting a request through our Support page. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period and in any case within 30 days.
Account deletion. Deleting your account removes your profile information, uploads, generated assets, brand kits, and connection settings, except for records we must retain for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Optional integrations (Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Sheets) are provided by third-party platforms with their own privacy practices, and their handling of data is governed by their policies. Our use of each integration is limited to the permissions needed for publishing content you approve or syncing to a spreadsheet you designate. You can review and disconnect integrations from your account settings.
TikTok disclosure: when enabled, the TikTok integration requests permission to publish content on your behalf only; we use it solely to post content you have reviewed and approved inside the app, and you can disconnect it at any time from your account settings or your TikTok account settings. Factory Mockups is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok.
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us through the Support page and we will delete it.
If you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or other states), you may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is necessary for those practices. To exercise any right, use the Delete Account page or submit a request through our Support page.
The Service is operated from the United States, and your information is stored on servers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and you consent to that transfer by using the Service. Where required by law, we apply safeguards for international data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or applicable law changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us through our Support page.
