For help with the app, your account, uploads, generations, exports, or subscriptions, submit a request below. Our support team reviews requests during business days and typically responds within 1–2 business days.

Privacy questions and requests (access, correction, or deletion of your personal information) can be submitted below using the "Legal / Privacy" topic. For account deletion, you can also use the Delete Account page to delete your account instantly from inside the app.

Rights holders (or their authorized representatives) can submit infringement complaints below using the "Copyright / IP" topic. Required information for a valid complaint is listed in our Copyright / IP Policy.

• Support requests are reviewed on business days.
• Typical response time: 1–2 business days.
• Legal, privacy, and copyright requests: verified requests are processed within 30 days.
• Account deletion submitted from inside the app: processed immediately (see the Delete Account page).
