Delete Your Factory Mockups Account

If you can log in, you can delete your account below or from Settings → Danger Zone inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you cannot log into your account, submit an "Account Deletion" request through our Support page. To protect your data, we will verify your identity before processing — be prepared to confirm the email address registered to the account and other account information. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

• Your profile and brand kit settings
• Your uploaded design files and asset library records
• All generated mockups, ad creatives, videos, and campaigns
• Your folders, templates you created, analytics records, and Google Sheets connection settings
• Engagement and usage records tied to your account email

We do not delete information we are required to keep for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or compliance purposes. This includes transaction and billing records (such as order and payment records) for the period required by tax and accounting law, and security or abuse records where needed to protect the Service. Retained records are kept only for those purposes and are not used for any other activity.

Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your uploads and generated content cannot be restored. Download anything you want to keep first (Exports page). Repeating the warning: this action cannot be undone. If you only want to stop a paid subscription, you can cancel it from the Billing page without deleting your account.

Deleting your account removes your integration settings. Because publishing uses connections managed at the application level, if you had content publishing set up, also revoke Factory Mockups from the connected platform's own app settings (for example, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Pinterest authorized-app settings) to fully cut the link.
